  • The bird and the dog: This exercise is inspired by yoga and is done by lowering the hands and knees while keeping the back straight, after which the hands are placed directly under the shoulders with the knees fixed under the hips, and then extending one arm forward with the opposite leg extended straight behind, breathing normally, continuing for 5 seconds, repeating these steps with the other arm and leg, and repeating this exercise up to 15 times.
